The agreement
ServiceWorxx is operated by ATLV Solutions LLC, Orlando, Florida. By subscribing you agree to what follows. If something here doesn't work for you, email us before you sign up rather than after.
What you get
A conversational agent configured for your business that answers inquiries, answers questions about your service area, pricing and hours using the information you give us, gathers details about the job, and delivers those leads to you by text and email.
What it is not
It does not answer your telephone. It responds to inquiries that come through your website or the link we give you. It is not an answering service, it does not dispatch, and it does not guarantee that any particular number of leads will arrive.
Price and billing
$97 per month, charged monthly in advance. No setup fee. The price covers up to 150 conversations a month; if you consistently exceed that we will talk to you about it before charging you anything different. We will never bill you more than $97 in a month without telling you first and getting your agreement.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. Your agent keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not prorate partial months, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.
Accuracy of what it says
The agent answers from the information you provide. If your service area, pricing or hours change, update them — we are not responsible for a quote it gives based on details you did not keep current. When someone asks something outside what it knows, it takes their contact details and hands the conversation to you rather than guessing.
Uptime
We aim for continuous availability and we do not promise it. The service depends on third-party providers, and outages happen. If we have a significant outage we will credit the affected time on request.
Your data
The leads your agent captures belong to you. Ask and we will export them for you at any time, in a format you can use elsewhere.
Acceptable use
Don't use the agent to mislead people about who you are, what you charge, or whether you are licensed. Don't use it for anything illegal. We will close accounts that do either.
