What we collect from you
If you talk to the agent on this site, we keep what you tell it — your name, business name, phone number, email, and the answers you give about your business. That is how we set your service up and how we reply to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the people who operate ServiceWorxx.
What we collect for you
If you become a customer, your agent captures the details of people who contact your business — their name, phone number, email, and what they need. That information belongs to you. We store it so we can deliver it to you and so you can look back at it. We do not use your customers' details for our own marketing, and we do not contact them.
Text messages
Your setup page asks for a mobile number, and next to it there is a checkbox. Ticking that box is how you agree to receive job notification texts — the name, number, problem and urgency of someone who contacted your business. That is the only thing we text you about. We do not send marketing texts. You can see that step, exactly as it appears, on our SMS opt-in page.
The box is not ticked for you, and we do not text a number until it is. We record the date you ticked it and the exact wording you were shown. Untick it any time and the texts stop. Message frequency depends on how many inquiries your business gets. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Stopping texts does not cancel your account — you keep getting the same job notifications by email.
Text messages are delivered by Twilio, which uses your number to send them and for nothing else. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your opt-in to text messaging, and the mobile number it applies to, are never shared with anyone. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
We send transactional email — receipts, lead notifications, account messages — through Resend. If we ever email you about anything other than your account, every message carries a working unsubscribe link and we honor it.
Deleting your data
Ask and we delete it. Email hello@serviceworxx.com and we will remove your account, your business details, and your captured leads within 30 days. If you would like a copy first, say so and we'll send it.
Third parties
The agent runs on Release0. Text messages are delivered by Twilio and email by Resend. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles card details directly — we never see or store a card number. Address lookups use the Google Maps Platform, which returns results live and is not stored by us.
