What we collect from you
If you talk to the agent on this site, we keep what you tell it — your name, business name, phone number, email, and the answers you give about your business. That is how we set your service up and how we reply to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the people who operate ServiceWorxx.
What we collect for you
If you become a customer, your agent captures the details of people who contact your business — their name, phone number, email, and what they need. That information belongs to you. We store it so we can deliver it to you and so you can look back at it. We do not use your customers' details for our own marketing, and we do not contact them.
We send transactional email — receipts, lead notifications, account messages — through Resend. If we ever email you about anything other than your account, every message carries a working unsubscribe link and we honor it.
Deleting your data
Ask and we delete it. Email hello@serviceworxx.com and we will remove your account, your business details, and your captured leads within 30 days. If you would like a copy first, say so and we'll send it.
Third parties
The agent runs on Release0. Voice is generated by ElevenLabs. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles card details directly — we never see or store a card number. Address lookups use the Google Maps Platform, which returns results live and is not stored by us.
